Return Policy

At Joanne & Teresa London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. This document outlines our clear return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only initiate a return after physically receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not permitted.

  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@joanneteresalondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address from our supplier (based in China).

  3. You will need to send the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item and approval of its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any costs or issues.

  • Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
